markets. Compensation and benefits include:
• Compensation in the top tier of the regional Medical Group
Management Association (MGMA) data for provider compensation
• Competitive 401K - 3% Safe Harbor 401K employer contribution -
25¢ match for each employee-contributed dollar, up to 5% of
compensation
