Job Description:

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team for a remote work from home position.

This is scheduled to be a 6+ month contract role.You must have a dedicated quiet, separate space in which to work with wired internet meeting 25mbps min download and 3mbps minimum upload speed.
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level.

Hours:
Will be assigned shifts vary from 7AM-8PM CT. Training hours 8AM-430PM CT. May require a Saturday or Sunday.

The starting hourly range for this remote role is $21 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
