Remote Pharmacy Technician I
to join our team for One Year or longer temporary assignment with

JOB SUMMARYThis position takes in-coming calls from members,
providers, providing professional phone assistance to all callers
through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains
complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and
denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to
the pharmacist.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Take incoming calls from members, providers, and clients.
Maintain complete, timely, an accurate documentation of approvals,
and denials.
Provide authorization for prior services and procedures.
Assist other areas as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of Pharmacy technician experience
1+years of Prior Authorization experience
1+ Microsoft Office
National or State Pharmacy license preferred
High School Diploma or GED is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAll duties and responsibilities are essential

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. To
perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the
skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty
proficiently.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching
or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a
keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment
as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for
95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced
environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability
to view computer monitor for long periods of time without
eyestrain.
