A Massachusetts-based health services network is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join their growing team in Randolph.About the Opportunity:Assignment Length: 6+ months (possibility of extension)Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible)Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible)Responsibilities:Provide and direct resident/resident rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standardsEvaluate residents/resident needs and establish effective and efficient treatment plans for the resident/residents assignedManage and coordinate the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicatedParticipate in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practicesProvide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issuesPerform necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirementsMaintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirementsAssist with marketing efforts as directedParticipate in in-service training programs as requested 12. May travel to other facilities to provide servicesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Physical TherapyCurrent, active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operationsDesired Skills:Experience with in Older Adult RehabilitationKnowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settingsby Jobble
