Opportunity – Progressive Care Neuro Trauma RN – New Hampshire
Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
4:1 patient ratio; Day Shift (6-7 RNs) or Night Shift (6-7 RNs);
Every other weekend; No on-call requirement Highlights: 23-bed
Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit serving acute care patients
Advanced equipment including bedside monitors, end tidal CO2
monitoring, high flow oxygen, chronic vents, and subdural drains
EMR: Meditech Procedures include chest tube management and EEG
monitoring Collaborative team environment with dedicated aide
support on each shift Floating opportunities to all inpatient units
including ICU and ED Requirements: Active RN license Telemetry
experience (required) Step-down/Progressive Care experience
(required) ACLS and BLS certifications (required) Neuro and/or
Trauma experience (preferred) NIHSS and TNCC certifications
(preferred) Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
