start between 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and end between 4:00 PM to 5:00
PM. The facility has a total of 330 beds. Patient ratios are
approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day. The unit is staffed by
physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists,
and a therapy director. Basic rehab equipment includes portable
parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and
hyper lifts. The documentation system used is Sunrise Allscripts.
Scheduling requires one weekend shift per month, in addition to
full-time hours. Current scheduling needs are Monday through
Friday. Floating policy covers all inpatient units and the
emergency department. Acute care experience is required due to
higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients. Daily
patient assignments aim to keep each therapist on only 1-2 floors.
Shift start time is flexible between 7 AM and 8 AM, with options
for later start times. Weekend shifts are self-selected. The team
is dedicated and collaborative with diverse experience across
multiple settings. Therapists will see a wide variety of patients
with various diagnoses. Work in a supportive environment with a
