Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /nShift: /nDays, Monday-Friday - Variable Days 40hr /n/n /nWork Experience:/n/n/n /n/t - 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need) /n/t - Updated CAQH Required in profile /n/t - NPI required in Profile /n/t - Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed /n/t - Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics. /n/t - Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required /n/t - Previous Rehab Experience - Required /n/t - Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos. /n/t - CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred /n/t - Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred /n/t - This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
