Job Description:
Lebanon Center Rehabilitation & Healing is seeking a dedicated
and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit
Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing
exceptional care and overseeing the daily operations of our nursing
unit. Your leadership will ensure that our high standards of care
are maintained, while fostering an environment that supports both
short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing services. This
position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a team
of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes
and enhancing quality of life. Supervise nursing staff and manage
the operational and administrative aspects of the unit. Ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient
care. Develop and implement nursing care plans. Monitor patient
care and make adjustments as necessary. Manage patient records and
documentation. Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing
staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical
assessments and care planning Ability to manage and resolve
conflicts Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
