This role is pivotal in providing top-notch, patient-centered care in various settings within our facility. As an LNA, you will work directly under the supervision of nursing staff, offering assistance with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas Record and maintain accurate patient health documentation Help prepare rooms for new patients’ admittance Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Empathy and compassion Ability to follow protocols and procedures Physical stamina and the ability to lift or move patients Medical Insurance Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant certification CPR/BLS Certification
