(Part-Time) Pay Range: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr (plus, shift
differentials when applicable) Schedule: 16 hrs Wed/Fri 3p-11p

Career Development Opportunities What You’ll Do: As a Nurse, you’ll
become an essential part of our community-based group homes for
adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities,
acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8
individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships
with those that you care for and their families. Medical &
Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for
persons served, including training staff on safe medication
practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program
(MAP). Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate
crises with persons served. Staff Training - Train staff on
health/safety rules and document incidents as required. Compliance
- Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws,
including paperwork and inspections. What You Bring: Required:
Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable
car. Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or
professional). Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and
teamwork. Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a
