Job Description Pediatrician Newport and Covington, Kentucky
We’re hiring a Pediatrician in Newport and Covington, Kentucky who
wants strong earning potential, real work-life balance, and
long-term stability. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role
focused on well visits, sick visits, and continuity of pediatric
care. This is a high-demand practice with strong community impact.
You will have structured clinic hours and only backup call
coverage. Why this role is compelling • 36-hour work week • Backup
call coverage only, approximately 1 in 5 weeks • 24 to 30 patient
visits per day • Production paid at $40 per encounter after
threshold • Long-term retention bonus opportunities • NHSC loan

Eligible Pediatrician • You enjoy caring for children and
supporting families • You are comfortable seeing 24 to 30 patients

are open to working between two nearby clinic locations • New
graduates are welcome Compensation & Benefits • Base salary:
$200,000 with total compensation potential up to $280,000 based on
production and quality metrics • $20,000 sign-on bonus • Retention
bonuses up to $9,000 • 240 hours of paid time off • Up to 9 paid
holidays plus your birthday off • Health, dental, and vision
insurance with PPO and HSA options • 401(k) retirement plan with up
