Backfill vacancies in W2 staff When would the provider need to start? 7/1/26 Need Duration? Ongoing until vacancies filled Candidate Parameters Which Board status will be considered? BE/BC Any specific fellowships/certifications/procedures/competencies we are looking for? CV Fellowship/Tee Certification Experience level preference? Experience preferred but will consider new grads out of fellowship Credentialing Will MSO offer emergency privs or temps? Yes Orientation done on first day or prior? Able to do remotely? Orientation on first day at facility Hospital/unit questions Number of beds? 330 beds Census? Trauma center? Types of cases? Acuity? Yes Level II What does the support staff look like techs nursing mid-levels etc.? Generalist Anethesisiologist CRNA support Describe the daily shift requirements Shift Times Weekend shifts 24hr Call Coverage In house and/or beeper call Weekday/Weeknight call coverage needed: Shift could be 8 10 or 12 hour shift Mon-Fri. Beeper Call shifts are 7p-7a Mon-Fri and 7a-7a Sat-Sun. Care Team Model Y/N: Y Call Coverage Required Y/N: Y In-House- NO Beeper- YES *if yes please gather information around intensity of call Would physician work in a Supervisory only capacity or expected to work own cases? Will supervise CRNAs during the day will sit cases solo when on call. Provide details of the day and night shifts as applicable: Shift could be 8 10 or 12 hour shift Mon-Fri. Call shifts are 7p-7a Mon-Fri and 7a-7a Sat-Sun.
