Job Description:

Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in providing personalized rehabilitation therapy, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This position focuses on assisting physical therapists in patient care management, executing detailed therapy programs, and helping patients in improving their mobility and managing pain. The ideal candidate would help in scheduled treatments, maintain records of patients' therapy, and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care in line with our commitment to personalized patient outcomes. Assist Physical Therapists in administering therapeutic programs and monitor progress. Document patient responses and progress towards therapy goals. Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and routines. Maintain equipment and treatment areas. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor care plans for individual needs. Knowledge of therapy techniques and practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting patients. Detail-oriented in documenting and maintaining accurate patient records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant CPR/BLS certification preferred
