This is a full or part time position. About Us ABC Home Healthcare is a nurse-led, family-owned agency serving Greater Boston, the North Shore, Cape Ann, and Merrimack Valley for over 20 years. We are committed to helping seniors remain safe and independent at home by offering personalized, compassionate care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Boston Metro areas . This position offers flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and the chance to support both clients and caregivers in the field. Responsibilities Conduct in-home client assessments Develop and manage personalized care plans Supervise and support home health aides in the field Assist with caregiver introductions and transitions Provide medication management and oversight Collaborate with our care management team as needed Work Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8AM – 4:30PM, Flexible schedules to fit your needs! Requirements Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license (Massachusetts) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Home care experience is a plus Strong clinical and computer skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Medicare-certified agency experience not required Salary Description $38.00 - $50.00
