JSC Management Group/Burger King Guest Service Expert performs various functions in ensuring foods are prepared and served in accordance with established standards and procedures.Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to guest issuesOperates cash register or point of sale devices and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunitiesTaking and recording guests' orders and providing them with suggestions on additional food or beverage items as part of suggestive selling endeavorsVerifies the accuracy of guests' ordersPrepares and packages food and drink productsCleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensilsCleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior groundsMaintains Health and Safety standards in work areasUnloads and stocks inventory itemsPerforms duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)RequirementsIf you are seeking the job of a Guest Service Expert with JSC Management Group/Burger King, the following are major requirements:Skilled in manning the front counter in a manner that is conducive to good guest servicesCompetent in operating cash registers, accurately counting change, and other basic math skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environmentAbility to resolve consumer issues with tactAbility to stoop, bend, wipe, reach, grasp, and liftStrong ability to move swiftly and perform duties in a confined workplaceStrong ability to walk and stand through 4-8 hour shiftsAbility to meet regulations concerning health-risk issues about food handlingAbility to meet and maintain Company uniform and grooming standards all through the shiftAbility to meet all necessary training requirementsAbility to work at assigned schedule that may include nights, week, weekends, and holidaysPossess exceptional guest service skillsAbility to follow instructions and learn how to perform basic tasksDependable with the ability to communicate in writing and in spoken forms effectivelyAbility to work effectively with a diverse group of people in a team environment
