We invite an experienced, passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our team to lead the growing Culinary program at Onsite. At Onsite, we believe that hospitality heals. The right candidate shares this vision and knows the power of great food to build relationships and connection. Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing. Our main campus sits on 250 acres of rolling hills outside of Nashville and features a state-of-the-art, resort-style dining facility affectionately known as "The Loft" that opened in December 2020. We have an additional campus outside of San Diego, CA and will continue to expand into the greater Nashville area.     • Bachelor's degree or Culinary Institute training, preferred
    • Managerial experience/Leading and training a team as a Lead Cook or Sous Chef, 2 years preferred
    • Culinary preparation experience, 3 years
    • Hospitality industry experience preferred; resort or hotel setting, a plus
    • Some knowledge/Experience as a Natural/Holistic/Healthy Cook, a plus
    • Some knowledge about Gardening, Herbs, SpicesEmployment Type: Full TimeYears Experience: 3 - 5 yearsSalary: $54,000 - $62,000 AnnualBonus/Commission: Yes
