Expertise We're Looking For
- Previous management experience in financial services and/or
previous experience in a competitive environment
- Sales management and/or financial planning experience
preferred
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, 9/10 licenses preferred

Planning and Advice (WPA) Mission: - Inspire better futures for
workplace clients through deeper financial planning, in-plan advice
and highly motivated, diverse associates working together.The Team
Leader in Workplace Planning and Advice will have the opportunity
to develop their leadership and management skills in an
employee-fueled, customer-obsessed, results-oriented culture. You
will lead a group of associates who engage Workplace participants
with inbound and outbound phone calls, by utilizing consultative
strategies and techniques to discuss investment goals and
