Sous Chef Join our team at The Farmer's Daughter, a farm-to-table restaurant located in North Easton and Sudbury, Massachusetts. We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to contribute to our mission of providing delicious dishes made with local and fresh ingredients. As a Sous Chef at The Farmer's Daughter, you will have the opportunity to work alongside Head Chef and Owner Chandra Gouldrup, who brings her Sicilian heritage to the table with every dish she creates. Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute seasonal menus Manage food costs and ensure profitability Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and maintain portion control Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Oversee back of house operations and assist with banquet catering Required Skills: Menu planning expertise Food cost management experience Strong knife skills Knowledge of portion control techniques Commitment to food quality and safety Nice to Have Skills: Menu development experience Food handling and preparation knowledge Culinary arts background Food service and beverage management skills ServSafe certification Company Information: The Farmer's Daughter is a farm-to-table restaurant located in North Easton and Sudbury, Massachusetts, offering a menu that emphasizes local and fresh ingredients.
