Marriott International, a leader in global hospitality with properties across 139 countries, is seeking a dedicated Refuel Attendant to join our dynamic food and beverage team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all guest beverage stations and refuel zones within our hotels are stocked, clean, and operating smoothly. The Refuel Attendant will maintain beverage service standards and contribute to the overall guest experience by providing excellent service in our fast-paced hospitality environment. Replenish beverage stations with necessary supplies like coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers throughout the day. Ensure all areas are clean and presentable, including the counter and storage areas. Assist guests by answering questions regarding beverages and other related services. Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock situations to management. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal guest satisfaction. Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in managing inventory Awareness of health and safety regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler Certification is beneficial.
