Job Description:
Search for Client: Position located in Burrilliville, RI
location
Position requires a Bilingual candidate English/Spanish
speaking
Reports to Controller/HR Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly processing of exempt/ non exempt payrolls for 500 +
employees using ADP Workforce Now
Weekly processing of hours for temporary agency payrolls
Monthly processing of bonus payrolls
Process garnishment requests as received
Audit monthly invoicing from benefit providers
Audit weekly invoicing from temporary agencies
Complete paperwork from federal agencies (i.e. DLT, housing, TDI,
etc)
Track FMLA and worker's compensation hours within ADP system
Maintain spreadsheet of vacation eligibility
Work with Safety manager on reporting OSHA and workers compensation
forms request
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests
and questions.
Temporary Hours Transfer allocations entries and other data entry
as needed.
Assists with the preparation of new hire packets and orientation
processes.
Prepares new employee files.
Constant communication with supervisors related to time attendance/
vacation/ sick time or varies issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 - 5 years of in depth ADP Workforce Now Service Now payroll
processing experience a must
Advanced computer skills principally Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot
tables (a must)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
