Location: Providence, RI
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Candidates will provide support for system service issues.
3+ years of technical experience, call center experience, clinical
applications, equipment and/or procedural issues is preferred.
Primary contact for all critical incidents reported to the service
desk and follows all processes defined for major incident mgt.
Researches, recreates and resolves problems that could not be
resolved by level one support w/ customers, internal depts. and
Determines when to escalate to resolve outstanding issues, and
determines best practices for problem resolution and partners w/
documentation specialist to ensure checklists are up-to-date.
Analyzes calls to identify trends and leads the resolution of high
