Senior/Lead Integration Developer

The Integration Developer is an accomplished developer and analyst of business integrations who can take on technical leadership responsibilities. The incumbent will build and maintain integrations across University business systems, and will collaborate with the integrations team to standardize an integration toolset and technical landscape. The incumbent will keep abreast of new integration technology and learn new tools in order to advise colleagues and management on tool adoption.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

For grade 10: 2 years of related IT experience

For grade 11: 3-5 years of related IT experience



Job Competencies:

Experience with SQL code development

Strong technical skills in integration-related technologies, e.g.,XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP
Experience with web service orchestration tools such as Mulesoft highly preferred
Experience building microservices is preferred
Experience with building and maintaining Workday integrations a plus
Automated testing tool experience (e.g., JUNIT) desirable

Strong analysis skills required
Ability to work effectively with people with differing levels of technical knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience leading projects preferred

Demonstrates a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
