Were growing fast, and we need consultants ready to bring their unique skills, energy, and creativity to help us continuously innovate how we deliver world-class client experiences on cloud applications projects.Functional Consultants who join Oracle Consulting need to bring business domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice, enterprise applications. Our back office functional consultants possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.We are looking to hire innovative functional consultants who can consistently and creatively identify solutions to address the needs of our clients for cloud applications. Key characteristics of Oracle Functional Consultants are finding the joy in connecting the dots between people, processes, and technology, taking pride in accomplishing your mission for the client with time to spare, and thriving in a collaborative environment with a diverse team of consultants working together on a shared mission.ERP Functional Consultants work in one or more of the following domains: Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Pricing, Product Life Cycle Management or Product Hub, Discrete or Process Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse Management (Log fire/WMS), Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management, Subscription Management, Contracts, Procurement and Sourcing, Costing and Inventory Management (INV).This position requires experience implementing Oracle's Product Data Hub.ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:

  • Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design.
  • Documenting the clients as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state.
  • Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a clients business unit.
  • Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration.
  • Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment.
  • Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues.The life of a Functional ConsultantClient successOur entire practice takes a client first approach to everything we do. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional roles with Product Data Hub implementation experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.Travel:As world evolves, consulting is evolving with it; travel has been minimal, but there is potential for future travel, on an as-needed basis (some teams travel none, or a couple days a week or a couple days a month, or concentrated around milestones or phases of the sales or delivery cycle, etc.) Travel expectations are influenced by client, specific phase of project work and local health conditions#LI-CM1#LI-RemoteRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)New York City Pay Range: from $93,500 to $204,200 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:
