The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team can provide you the

integrated cloud services in a broadly distributed, multi-tenant

Cloud Applications and Cloud Platform enables Oracle's Enterprise
customers to run their mission critical workload seamlessly on OCI.
Within OCI, the Virtual Networking team is responsible for
delivering innovative networks with high performance
characteristics that exceed those of our competitors.
As a member of the Network Load Balancer team, you will take an
active role in the implementation and operation of highly
available, massive scale, integrated cloud services in a
distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment.

Requirements
US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new
to corporate experience preferred
Experience with application development
Knowledge of programming in any major language such as: Java,
JavaScript, C/C++, Python, GoLang
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed
systems
Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and
standard network architectures
Understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed
persistence technologies
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms, and an
ability to communicate complex technical issues to a range of
technical and non-technical audiences (management, peers)
Understanding of agile development methodologies

About Oracle Veteran Internship Program:
Oracle is proud to sponsor an internship and integration program
that exposes transitioning military veterans and Military Spouses
new to the corporate culture, provides hands-on job-skill training
and experience, and offers enhanced professional and personal

Additional Information:
Hourly wage is $30 per hour. This is a 40 hour per week
position.
Internship runs from July 29, 2024 through October 18, 2024 - must
be available full time 40 hours per week during these dates.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific

US: Hiring Range: from $18.99 to $53.00 per hour; from $39,500 to
$110,240 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market
conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing
products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
