Virtual training class starts October 2nd, 2020!
As the point of contact and voice of the company for Transamerica
customers, this role is responsible for providing accurate and
complete information to callers regarding retirement, life, and
annuity investment products.

point of Care for Transamerica customers. You will be empowered to
provide solutions and make good decisions based on the needs of our
customers and our current business practices by providing complete
and accurate information regarding life and health insurance,
retirement and annuity investment products while focusing on

What You Need:
- Associates degree in a business field or equivalent
- One year of call center or customer service experience, or
financial services industry experience
- Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner,
orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
- Understanding of retirement, life, and annuity investment
- Office/call center environment
- May work varied shifts
