Essential Functions and Primary Duties Oversee, train, and assist associate team members Meet time restraints and deadlines Preparation of all federal, foreign, and state tax returns Assist in gathering data and preparing schedules to be used in preparing tax returns Prepare quarterly and year end estimates Begin to build and develop quality relationships with clients Gather data necessary to respond to audits and inquiries by governmental authorities. Become proficient at tax research Assist with other projects as necessary--- Preferred Qualifications Master---s degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field Minimum Qualifications Required Bachelor---s degree 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field 1 year supervisory experience preferred CPA candidates preferred Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Proficient use of applicable technology Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
