Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler----Full time position in Warwick, RIHome Instead is looking for a dynamic--multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This is a fast paced position where team work and individual accountability is critical in delivering excellence to both clients and our caregivers.-- Join a great team that trusts each other to deliver superior outcomes while finding time to enjoy the journey.--Learn more about our extraordinary company at--www.homeinstead.com/riPosition is located in our new Warwick office Monday---Friday--8:30am-5pmThe responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Answer all incoming telephone calls with a smile and direct them to appropriate departmentOrder all needed office supplies maintaining an--up to date inventoryPut together all needed materials for training, marketing etcHandle incoming and outgoing mailCommunicate effectively with all departmentsWork with all departments and assist as needed with projects (payroll, billing, training etc)Job RequirementsAbility to communicate well verbally and in writingOrganized able to create and maintain systems that support effective communication between Client Care team members.Very strong computer skills such as, but not limited to----MS Outlook, Word, ExcelAbility to--anticipate--challenges,--initiate--solutions and--prioritize--multiple tasksAbility to demonstrate effective problem solving skillsAbility to demonstrate &ldquocustomer first" prioritization of activitiesHave a passion for seniors--Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
