Responsibilities of the Principal UX Researcher:

• Lead and support experience design research
• Work with cross-functional teams to perform research
• Conduct end-to-end research, communicate research findings
• Work collaboratively to ensure design strategy is fact-based
• Work with researchers to evolve research practice
  Requirements of the Principal UX Researcher:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in design related field or equivalent experience
  • Expert at leading and executing research processes and methodologies from discovery to launch
  • Experience with most: interviews, surveys, qualitative and quantitative usability testing, ethnography, analytics
  • Ability to choose the right method at the right time given product priority, team maturity, and overall opportunity for impactful research
  • Experience with design research, strategy, interaction/interface design
  • Understanding of research methods and execution strategies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end research
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
