The Phone Representative will work within an phones team environment which consists of dedicated phone Representatives for various related questions to account activity as well as money movements. This role will be working with Orphan clients via the phone. This role will be strictly on the phones.The Expertise We're Looking For

  • College degree or minimum 1 year of work-related experience preferred
  • Brokerage Operations experience Highly Preferred
  • Experience with Transfer of Assets, New Accounts or Money Movement is Highly Preferred
  • Proven track record in high volume, high pace data centric processing environmentThe Purpose of Your RoleClearing Broker Dealers are a major client base for FCCS. As a part of Middle Office, you will deal strictly with accounts of former Correspondents that been Orphaned. Phone services representatives are responsible for the accurate and timely information related to these customers and their accounts. All calls for this line will be from former Correspondents and questions range from what happen to my account, why is my account with NFS and I need to update or withdraw procedures. These accounts have a limited range of transactions they can perform. This is a very fast paced and high volume role.The Skills You BringTo be successful in this role the following skills are required:
