RDW is seeking an account executive with five years of agency
experience. Candidates must have proficiency working with clients,
building relationships and handling the day-to-day activities for
assigned clients. -The ideal candidate must have excellent writing
skills, top-notch verbal communications skills, experience
specifically with digital marketing, persona and journey
development and analytics, possess expertise in lead generation,
nurturing strategies and technology and experience in the
healthcare or financial services realm.
Job responsibilities include:
Quickly be able to learn the client's product or service, business
sector, competitors and marketplace.
Proactively develop plans, programs and strategies to advance the

Ensure implementation of tactics and meet all deadlines.
Work with individuals and groups within the agency.
Handle administrative aspects for the account.
Help generate new business leads and participate in new business
pitches when appropriate.

manage multiple clients and verticals. -The ideal candidate will
have agency experience and be accustomed to a fast-paced, changing
environment, and will be flexible in working with multiple agency
