can be discussed at interview.Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition
Partner represents the lead conduit of talent into an
organization.- The Talent Acquisition Partner devises strategy and
recruitment process, as well as actual execution of the sourcing or
recruiting campaign for external recruitment throughout the Care
New England system.- Successful Talent Acquisition Partners are
constantly thinking about building relationships and about finding
new places to look for potential talent.- This role is responsible
for implementing and enforcing the strategic Talent Acquisition
direction at the guidance of the VP of Talent Acquisition.- This
role collaborates with members of not only the location-specific HR
team, but also front line management in the operational area.
-Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or
other related field with three to five years' experience in Human
Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
required.
- Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR,
SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP preferred.
- Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word,
Excel, and Access.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational
skills required.Additional Information:This opportunity requires
candidates to 1. Complete all pre-hire activities (background
check, reference review, eligibility to work verification, and
occupational health clearance including Covid vaccine
certification) -, and 2. Complete most work activity on site (some
remote work available). Work Activity: Position directly supports
all hiring activity for a requisition load of 50 +, and works with
HR Support team to oversee and complete workflow tasks.Location:
Primary work location will be supporting one of our operating units
while based at an office facility in Providence, Warwick, or
