Note: TA team members support one primary operating unit, work
mostly onsite at/near that operating unit and as needed from other
locations/remotely. This role is primarily on-site.
Job Summary
1. Manage 50 + requisitions full life cycle: post openings secure
fill requirements, review and recommend applicants via resume
review, intermittent direct candidate screening, manage offer work
up and delivery, oversee on-board tasks
2. Enter and review info in recruiting system platform
3. Report to Manager and Dir of TA
4. Partner with HR Coord for on-boarding completion, partner with
Comp team for offer work
5. Provide as needed hiring MGR updates, and operating unit updates
as scheduled
Requirements:
- 1 years or more direct requisition support, medium to high
requisition loads (40 +)
- Full life cycle recruiting experience (1 year +), Corp. on site
or corp. onsite/3rd party mix
- Ability to work varied roles, hourly and salaried, with hourly
roles multiple of the same role
- Ability to work on-site (Providence/Warwick, RI), some work can
be remote
- Ability to complete pre-placement screening requirements
including background check,
reference check, occupational health review, and I-9
certification
