  • Become part of an organization driven by a threefold mission: Improving lives by improving sight, innovating for better vision, and reaching the 2.7 billion underserved.Your Role As Associate Product Design Coordinator, you will interact and work within a team that's dedicated to developing new, exciting and compelling eyewear projects that may include sunglass, reading glasses and clip-on product designs. You will report to the Senior Design and Product Development Manager, work closely with members of the Product Development team, and build cross-functional relationships with internal team members and with external vendors. Projects can be as short as a week or take a year or more, and you could work on them from conception to market, and sometimes beyond into the sales data review stage.The Requirements To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Associate Product Design Coordinator opportunity, you will have:
    • 1 - 2 years of related experience. We will also consider new graduates
    • An associate degree preferred
    • Previous experience working with consumer products preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with team members and vendors
    • Action-oriented with the ability to succeed independently and as part of a team
