Job Title: Ticket Office AssociateDepartment: Ticket OfficeReports To: Ticketing & Sales ManagerFLSA Status: Non-exempt, Part-timePay Tier: 2Salary Range: $15.00/hourDesired Start Date: As soon as practicableSummary:Under the general direction of the Ticketing & Sales Manager and Asst. Ticketing & Sales Manager, the Ticket Specialist is responsible for general ticket office operations and ticketing transactions. Afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Patron Service and Experience:Ensuring that patrons and community members have an exceptional, welcoming, and inclusive experience when attending or interacting with Trinity RepProviding a high level, concierge-style of customer service to patrons and visitors.In-bound and out-bound subscription and ticket sales and serviceGeneral informational callsCreating personalized moments of patron appreciation, such as giving handwritten notes, flowers, treats, etc. as appropriate.Ticketing and SalesProcessing and fulfilling ticket sales through various communication channelsAssisting patrons with ticket exchanges and other requestsWorking will-call for performancesGeneral Ticket Office OperationsResponding to mail and email inquiriesProviding database cleanupAssisting in the preparation for mass ticket mailingsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
