• Provide client and administrative support to multiple financial advisors including the establishment of new accounts, asset transfers, money movements, and other client directives.
• Assist firm advisors in preparing for client meetings, provide sales support, and provide timely and thorough feedback related to client requests.
• Handle phone calls from clients, when appropriate; transfer calls to advisors, when required.
