(https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policy)\_You are the driving force behind our company.Start your career with Ryder today!**Nature and Scope:**Position reports to Senior Manager, EngineeringNo direct reports**Environmental Job Requirements:**Environment:Located in a comfortable indoor area. remoteTypically requirements: 2-3 team conferences yearly**Years of Relevant Work Experience:**8+ years**Physical Requirements:****Preferred Qualifications:**Experience with all phases of SDLC, including: requirements gathering, process design, development, deployment, SIT and UAT testing, bug fixes, and (bonus hypercare)--- 8+ years' experience of development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA projects utilizing UiPath--- RPA experience with UiPath--- 8+ years of professional experience in object-oriented programming (RPA)--- Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, querying, data framing and analysis, joins, etc.--- Experience serving as technical consultant to identify infrastructure requirements and design automation architecture that is well-structured, organized, maintainable, and easy for other developers to understand--- Experience working with scrum-based, agile development team--- Strong problem-solving skillset with an acute attention to detail and experience communicating highly technical processes/issues to non-technical audiences--- Experience communicating with UiPath product support team on software related issues, suggesting areas for improvement, and seeking solves from the UiPath Community--- Experience promoting changes to Orchestrator following a structured change control process--- Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and logging automation/software issues in a timely manner--- Experience working with reusable workflows and library components to reduce development level of effort while increasing automation scalability--- Experience partnering with and mentoring junior developers on coding standards, best practices, and development techniques--- Experience meeting delivery timelines according to requirements defined via user stories while maintaining close communication with the stakeholders and engineers when blockers/risks arise--- Experience actively participating in peer code review and story grooming to identify gaps and mitigate risks--- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills that enjoys engaging, teaching, and mentoring peers and larger organization on the benefits of RPA, leading project demos, and presenting success stories created by the team**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:**--- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.--- Ability to communicate issues and recommend solutions in a timely manner to Management.--- Strong decision making abilities.--- Experience developing new application systems for production+ UI Path Certified**Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:**--- 30% Define, plan and implement solutions on assigned moderately complex projects.--- 25% Take business requirements and develop the total technical design on moderately complex projects and ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production.--- 20% Conduct appropriate test reviews for assigned projects and present to architecture review boards as necessary.--- 15% Promote and follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.--- 10% Provide technical direction to associate developers, developers and contractors**Job Category:** AutomationRyder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
