The job---
The Talent Coordinator develops creative strategies to increase and maintain the presence of Highbar within a university and attract college graduates to apply to positions with the company. The Talent Coordinator will also assist with managing professional development to ensure that programs are properly filled, and students and employees are receiving high-quality assistance.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities with student organizations/programs, faculty, and administration.
  • Coordinate with universities for clinical placement of students.
  • Assist with any internships or shadowing within Highbar to provide opportunities to students.
  • Attend community events and job fairs for networking opportunities and referral sources to serve as a liaison with the community and local schools.
  • Develops, implements, and manages customized professional development programs and activities within the company.
  • Ensure proper materials are readily available for all programs and/or courses.
  • Complete exit interviews for students upon departure and communicate areas of improvement to members of leadership.

    Qualifications:
    • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent
    • Two or three years of related experience and/or training
