Independent Contractors - OnDemand and Dedicated - Car, SUV, Box, Van

Compensation

• Compensation is based on completed trips and will be managed by the regional Fleet Manager
  
• Drivers are paid per delivery and NOT per hour
  
• The more time you are available in-App, better chances to earn more
  
  Equipment
  
  
• 26 Ft. Box Trucks with Lift Gate Equip.
  
• Cargo Vans
  
• Sprinter Vans
  
  Job Responsibilities
  
  
• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading, ensuring delivery of ticket with material, and collecting POD receipts, if necessary
  
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests as necessary
  
• Use PartRunner software to accurately document each stop, detailing any obstacles to performing pick-up and taking photos or adding additional documentation as needed
  
• Address customer questions and concerns in a polite and courteous way, giving the best customer service and asking for assistance from the customer service team or driver supervisor as needed
  
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any problems or issues to supervisor
  
• Follow best practices for safety to ensure own safety and safety of others around the truck
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Prior CDL driving experience strongly preferred
  
• Clean driving record
  
• Prior successful experience working in a manual labor position strongly preferred
  
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and extreme weather conditions
  
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with the assistance of another person
  
• Great communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to pass a physical and drug screen as a condition of employment
