Responsibilities
About the Role:Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Part
Time Remote Intake Clinician opportunities for Master's Level
Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards
licensure in our Child/Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program
at our Franklin location. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Intake Therapist delivers direct services to clients and conducts
intake assessments and admission to PHP. The Intake Therapist
participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and ensures
that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the
therapist's training, experience and general level of competence.
Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term
for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to
promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. We

to the youth and families we serve. Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments
- Conduct psycho-social interview
- Obtain Insurance Authorizations
- Maintain family contact regarding client adjustments
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Provide individual therapy and case management
- Develop and maintain client case records, which include
assuring timely filing of documentation
- Accept supervision and attend regularly-scheduled team or
supervision meetings
- Require minimal supervision regarding use of time and ability
to priorities work assignments
- Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and
clients/families
- Ability to make sound decisions in an emergency situations or
with unpredictable or violet clients
- Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate
treatment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with
agency, community, and referral sources
- Must be profeccient with written and verbal communicavtion
skills. Must have knowledge of community-based and state agenicies

Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work or related Program, from an
accredited college or University. Must be license-eligible
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental
Health Counselor, preferred. Previous experience working in
community health preferred
- Must reside in Massachusetts
- Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work
documentation
- Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other
pre-employment documentation
- Candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Card or
appropriate religious / medical exemption. Card must possess at
least either two Moderna Vaccinations, two Pfizer vaccinations, or
a J&J vaccination with an additional Moderna/Pfizer vaccination
