SUMMARY: Assists with the planning, developing, evaluating and coordinating activities for the organization under the direction of a manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Support internal reporting and data collectionLeverage various tools and technology to analyze data and identify trendsPerform root cause analysis and propose recommendationsAbility to work with cross functional teams consisting of several different internal & external departments.Assist with mailings, print production, and data entryOther misc. administrative and operational functions KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically acquired through: One to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format and effectively present information to top management. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. QUALIFICATIONS We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem solving abilities.Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.Pursuing Business, Engineering or other related degree plan.Have the ability to work 40 hours per week May 22 - July 31, 2023.Current enrollment in a four year Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have at least a junior statusMinimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested) U.S. Person or someone that can comply with ITAR Compliance.
