As a Learning Technologist within the Digital Learning Delivery
team of the Client Experience business unit, you will undertake a
broad range of responsibilities. These include weekly publishing
tasks, participation in strategic improvements, and tech-centered
development projects that drive our strategy to increase
participation in our learning programs in a measurable, effective
way.
This role within the broader Client Training group supports
learning technology platforms, including client learning,
performance technology, reporting and analytics, and data
integration. We own the vision of client-facing learning technology
within Client Experience.
In particular, this role focuses on
The Learning Technologist handles day-to-day management of the
Learning Hub LMS, including publishing, design, programming and
support. The role also supports and/or consults on subsystems
(e.g., WebEx, Zoom, etc.) and other delivery platforms (Tridion
CMS, online help). As a client-facing organization, the role
requires gaining knowledge of Fidelity Clearing and Custody
platforms (e.g., Wealthscape, eMoney) and the various distribution
methods for those platforms.
As both a product management and client service organization, you
will also be required to lead and/or participate in consultative,
client-facing meetings.

$96,000 - $120,000 per year
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual
