- Schedule 1 : 9:00AM - 5:30PM w/Sat and Sun off
- Schedule 2 : 9:00AM - 5:30PM w/Sat and Sun off
- Schedule 3 : 11:30AM - 8:00PM w/Sat and Sun off Job
DutiesAnswers calls, emails, and chat providing prompt, accurate,
level service to clients including: promotions, coupon conversions,
transaction history, how to play, how to create an account,
geo-location, KYC, mobile app, second chance entries, etc. Diagnose
and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. Promote and
enhance excellent customer relations.This is a remote position.
However, the employee must reside in RI. The agent must have a
quiet place to work and is responsible for internet services. The
company will provide equipment.Nesco Resource and affiliates
