  Position will be responsible for:
  
  • Daily and weekly communication with the project manager and commissioning lead.
  • Witness Quality Activities such as FAT, Installation Quality Control, Mechanical Completion, SAT, SIT
  • Familiarization at the on boarding stage with the:
    • Client tools, systems, and processes as minimum:
      • communication system Aconex or similar
      • QHSE system "Way We Work" or similar
      • Digital Inspection Tool (DIT) or similar
      • RDS-PP numbering system
      • process for handling NCR
      • process for HSE registrations
      • process for LL handling
      • Client documents as minimum:
        • Relevant parts of the Contract with Fabrication/Principal Contractor
        • Design drawings and specifications
        • Contractors PQP
        • Contractors HSE plan
        • Project specific MTS
        • Master Document Register (MDR)
        • Commissioning Document Register (CDR)
        • Stakeholder's register
        • Communication matrix
        • Risk register
        • Transfer of Risk document
        • Inspection and Test Plan
        • Master Punch List
        • Site activities as minimum:
        • Participation in kick-off meeting(s).
        • Participation in ROC drills as required by the project
        • Ensure that all documentation required for the Inspections is uploaded to the communication platformFindings during familiarization and review of the documents shall be reported separately as required by the project
          
          Other Tasks:
          
          • Participate in the meetings and other related to the SoW activities as required
          • Ensure proper communication related to the SoW as required
          • Support Engineering departments with the preparation of As-built documentation
          • Coordinate offshore works on OSS during offshore phase
          • Be responsible for safety on OSS during offshore phase
          • Be responsible for LOTO of LV equipment as required
            Supervise LV (up to 1kV) Mechanical and Utility Systems as listed below:

            • LV UPS system and batteries
            • LV Diesel Generator, approx. 300kVA

            • Public Announcement and General Alarm System (Include Bird Scare feature)
            • Earthing and bonding system
            • Lightning protection
            • CCTV system
            • Safety Equipment & Marking
            • Life rafts & Chutes
            • GIS Room - Ultra-low headroom hoist / Gantry crane
            • Main Topside Crane (hydraulic)
            • Electrical Davit Crane
            • Pollution prevention system
            • Water Management System Tanks
            • Water-Oil Separator tank
            • Draining Pumps
            • Lights and sockets
            • ID/Obstruction Lights
            • Helicopter Deck
            • Helicopter fuel system
            • Weather station
