Job Description:
Summary As the Senior Analyst, Microbiology you will help write
protocols and SOPs, in addition to owning projects within the
Microbiology group. You will be supporting and play a critical role
in this team as we build out a new Quality Control laboratory this
year. Day to day, you will take part in routine operations, develop
and execute qualification protocols, provide support with
investigations and help to streamline processes to better assist
the Microbiology team and this new lab space. You will need to have
experience with protocol and SOP writing, equipment validation, and
the ability to autonomously execute a project from beginning to end
to be successful within this role. Knowledge of aseptic technique
and sterility is also necessary for this team. This is a great
opportunity to learn and support new technology introductions
including the BacT/Alert system (previous experience with this is
not required - we will teach you!), as we expand our labs to
increase capabilities for in-house testing.
We will need you to be able to be onsite as this team supports
manufacturing operations at our Smithfield location. We are proud
to have been recipients of "Best Places to Work" by PBN two years
in a row! We have a collaborative approach as we work
cross-functionally to support our clinical trial manufacturing.

environment
Strong knowledge of global regulations (EU, US, Japan)
