Job Description:

**Title:Technology Support Analyst (NAM Professional Services)****Job Summary:**The Technology and Client Optimization team is responsible and accountable for driving our existing tech stack initiatives, including project deployment, innovation, planning, implementation activities and RSR portfolio support. The Technology Support Analyst will support the required technology activities of our RSR client portfolio as it relates to the RSR technology stack. This role will act as support for client delivery and the clients to resolve day to day technical challenges, questions and documentation amendments. The role will also act as first and second level support of the existing RSR tech stack. This position will play a key role in supporting this area to accomplish all of its initiatives by:+ Engage with multiple clients in their vertical to promote success and value in the utilization of technologies that support our MSP, iMSP and RPO clients.+ Develop key relationships with client delivery, client stakeholders and technology partner contacts to resolve day to day operational issues as it relates to our VMS and HR tech stack.+ Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with RSR clients. Evaluate existing processes, and recommend alternative solutions throughout the customer life-cycle to meet customer specific requirements while ensuring efficiencies are realized in ongoing services and support**Responsibilities:**+ first- and second-level support for a portfolio of clients. Escalate issues to third level (RSR Technology Project Manager or VMS provider) if required, and drive resolution+ work independently to resolve issues within SLA. Issues can range from users unable to access the system to system errors & misbehaviour affecting an entire program+ maintain contact with technology partners (Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline) regarding issues & change requests+ update and improve toolkit and knowledge base+ support Technology Project Manager on technology implementations, expansions, and enhancements+ work together with the account team and with the Technology Project Manager responsible for the account to drive continuous improvement+ set-up and testing for expansions & changes within the account, with the support of the Technology Project Manager**Requirements**+ 2+ years industry experience in total talent solutions including MSP, RPO and SOW solutions+ 3+ years experience in VMS/CRM Configuration+ Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience+ 2-3+ years customer service experience+ Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.+ Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills+ Ability to work under pressure+ Experience with technology support, configuration and/or implementations+ Effective problem solving, consulting and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels within the organization; excellent active listening skills+ Must be a team player and able to work with and through others+ Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities+ Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skillsFor certain positions, Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing may be required by Randstad's client or applicable state/local mandates, subject to approved medical or religious accommodations.
