What You'll be Doing -
At Avtex our Consultants work closely with a wide range of clients
around the globe to deliver exceptional experiences by helping them
identify their business pains, then turning around to develop and
implement useful and relevant technology-based solutions to meet
those needs. Utilizing the Avtex 360 model as a guide, our
consultants take clients on a journey through strategy,
implementation, customization, and support, ensuring exceptional
customer experience at every step of the way.
As a Senior Consultant focused on D365/CRM, you will not only be
working with clients to deliver world-class solutions, but also
mentoring other team members and beginning to participate in
pre-sales activities. Senior Consultants are typically a leader on
our projects and oversee a small team of consultants to deliver the
During a Typical Day, You'll
Develop sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining
increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement
effective solutions through Avtex offerings.
Present project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while
driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client
Assist business development with project requirements. Develops
related estimates and aids in completing the Scope of Work
Demonstrate concern for meeting client needs in a manner that
provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading
to additional opportunities within the client account.
Conduct related needs analysis and gathers client requirements.
Successfully installs, configures, deploys, customizes - and tests
Avtex Solutions for multiple clients.
Demonstrate leadership responsibilities on projects of various
sizes. - For example, may assist the team manager with project
identification and assignment as needed. Ensures consultants are
aware of timelines associated with assigned tasks.
Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal
training and shares that knowledge internally and externally via
white papers, blog posts, and social media.
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with relevant
Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment.
At least 1 year of experience leading project teams, either
formally or informally.
Possess background in one or more of the following functions:
Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service,
Portals, and Customer Insights.
3 years of Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or
other CRM applications with willingness to learn MS CRM.
2 years of experience with Agile development preferred.
Understand and can assist or lead CRM on-premise upgrades and
migrations to Dynamics in the cloud.
Experience implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft's
Dynamics including but not limited to 3 years of work experience
with large/enterprise companies and providing high level CRM
consulting services to clients at all levels of within an
Familiarity ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft
as well as the Common Data Service (CDS)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification preferred.
Ability to travel to business and customer locations, locally
and/or nationally up to 30%.
What You Can Expect
The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this
position is $90K to $160K. This position is eligible to participate
in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a
candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience,
education and/or skill levels.
