role is responsible for full time Field work in the
Providence,Rhode Island area. A day in the life of a Field Auto
Technical Adjuster: Communicate empathetically with customers and
help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy
manner Efficiently write or review accurate estimates and
supplements based on physical inspections Review, reconcile, and
negotiate with, repair facilities, customers, and claimants Perform
parts searches Work in multiple workstreams (Field Inspections,
Quick Foto Claims, Waivers, Virtual Assist, Tech Reviews, Total
loss) Use data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to
team goals by sharing ideas and opinions. You're provided with

improvement Notice of Licensing Requirement As a condition of
employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster
and/or an appraiser license. If required, the Hiring Manager will
work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure
that you are properly licensed Job Qualifications What's in it for

if you have: You are a high school or GED graduate You have18
monthsor more of Auto Estimating / Body Shop / Insurance experience
You have prior experience using an auto estimating program such as:
CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell You enjoy the ability to work
independently traveling to various locations to restore peoples'
lives through outstanding customer service Previous customer
service experience Value providing an effortless customer service
experience Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced
environment Are known for clear and professional communication -
both written and verbal Being bilingual and/or having prior
military experience is a plus This position is not available

reside in theProvidence, Rhode Island area. Work schedule: To be
determined based on business needs. Weekend rotations with comp

New Hire Sign On Bonus Compensation offered for this role
is$56,000-82,500 and is based on experience and qualifications. The
