Job Description:
The Production Worker position for Victory Packaging is
responsible for all phases of assembling material for customer
orders, receiving new and returned product, and maintaining safety
and quality.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentOne or
more year (s) experience as warehouse clerk preferredGeneral
fluency in English required, verbal and writtenBasic computer
literacy preferred but not requiredEssential Functions / Job
Duties:Operate equipment and machineryPerform all jobs within the
crew, e.g. operator, feeder, stackerRemove and position printing
plates and/or cutting dyesSet up slot heads as well as attachments,
e.g. pull bands and dye boardsTrain crew members as to duties
assigned to themInput data into computer for job cost
performanceTrouble shoot machines; knowledge of how to fix
problemsContact maintenance technician when necessaryFollow
processes and procedures for all machineryPerform weekly preventive
maintenanceOther duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsPerform job
duties in severe weather conditions; heat, cold, rain, etc.Walk for
distances of 100 yards repeatedly and without assistanceLift 50
pounds repeatedly and without assistance or equipmentUtilize all
material handling equipment without assistance.Work Environment:The
