Job Description: The RoleThe Investment Production Analyst is responsible for the monthly and quarterly delivery of marketing product collateral across a variety of investment types and vehicles. This associate builds a deep understanding of Fidelity financial products, compliance procedures, data analysis, and investment collateral management software. Collateral must be delivered on-time with accurate content that adheres to set design aesthetics, compliance, and industry standards. The primary focus of this work is supporting Fidelity s new Direct Indexing capabilities, but responsibilities will broadly include support for all core team deliverables.   • Owning a variety of core marketing materials (factsheets, guides, informational and promotional flyers, and presentations) for monthly and quarterly distribution to support Fidelity s sales and distribution teams. Responsible for maintaining collateral through evolving design, compliance, industry, and data standards updates while providing end-to-end oversight of the production process from creation to final delivery
  • Providing ongoing data updates for marketing collateral containing fund/index performance, holdings, characteristics, attribution, market, competitor, and/or peer group data. Applying knowledge of internal and third-party financial applications to streamline data collection via feeds and reports
  • Working with key business partners to develop and maintain a new line of marketing collateral to articulate investment capabilities and reporting for the Direct Indexing product line
  • Collaborating with compliance, data policy, proofreading, creative services, technology, and other internal business partners to ensure complete end-to-end delivery and enhancement of assigned materialsThe Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree (requiring a strong communication and research background)
    • 3+ years of professional experience preferably in financial marketing collateral delivery or a financial marketing data analytics role. Recent college graduates with the targeted skillset, relevant education experience, and drive to succeed will be considered.
    • Investment collateral management software experience (specifically Simcorp Coric or Seismic) is a plus as the position will be contributing to the current and multi-year technology plans within the group. Prior experience using these tools is not a requirement, but one needs the aptitude to quickly learn new technology and software applications.
    • Knowledge of Adobe inDesign and EasyCatalog a plus
    • Advanced with Microsoft Excel; utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other tools to manipulate large quantities of data.
    • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint user able to graphically articulate data and implement design standards.
    • Experience sourcing financial data; Morningstar Direct and Lipper experience is a plus.The TeamThe Investment Production Team is part of the FI Marketing Operations group, a division of Fidelity Institutional. We primarily support the analytical and consultative work of the Investment Product Group and Institutional Portfolio Management within Asset Management. These groups describe and develop Fidelity financial products; contribute to a clear, consistent Asset Management story; articulate investment philosophies and styles of fund managers; explain performance attribution; and conduct research and analysis at the macro, sector, and fund levels.
