Our primary motivation is to drive positive change throughout the firm.TheExpertiseWe're Looking ForBA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field of studyProfessional audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and/or registration/licensing preferred3-7 years of external and internal audit or audit-related experience, preferably Financial Services.Strong problem solving and analytical skillsTeammate who takes initiative and works constructively with others to achieve team goalsAbility to work on multiple tasks and handle priorities and workloadStrong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge in IT General Controls is preferredThePurposeof Your RoleFidelity's Corporate Audit group provides independent and objective audit and advisory services that enhances Fidelity's business performance, manages risk, and ultimately improves overall customer service.Implement risk-based and/or data-driven audit projectsPartner with management to facilitate the identification and resolution of risk and audit issuesPerform general internal audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts and trends in the technology and financial services industryLeverage audit automation tools in the evaluation of business operations and systemsTheSkillsYou BringKnowledge of the workplace, healthcare and/or APS businesses including workplace product offerings and services (e.g., defined benefits, defined contributions, stock plan services, health and welfare)Strong presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills.Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and requirements (e.g. ERISA, HIPAA, IRS)Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and lead team priorities and workloadIn-depth knowledge of audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts, and trendsCommitment to Audit's agile/digital working style through an agile mentality and strong collaborationTeammate and leader who works constructively with others to achieve team goals and provide departmental thought leadershipHands-on work style and 'can do' demeanorTheValueYou DeliverThe Sr. Audit Analyst/Manager will be responsible for performing business and/or integrated audits in support of Fidelity's businesses. Key areas of focus include developing hypotheses around risk and controls, providing input to the development of the integrated audit plan, and working with a successful team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:Works with middle to senior management within a business or function to facilitate the identification and resolution of risk issuesRaises significant audit issues identified and proposes viable solutions and alternativesCoordinates Audit activities to ensure identified risks are properly addressedPrepares draft audit reports and provides recommendations to resolve issuesPresents findings to business leaders and senior managementBuilds deep working relationships with appropriate contacts in client organizations.How Your WorkImpactsthe OrganizationOur primary motivation is to drive positive change throughout the firm.
